Treatment Philosophy

Rochelle uses a theoretical approach blend of Narrative therapy (NT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). NT has an ideal that no one person has the same experiences. In order to assist in facilitating growth and healing, one must understand the effect of the experiences. EFT adds an additional framework to understand the emotional tone behind each person’s experience.

Rochelle provides a safe space to unpack thoughts, experiences, and emotions to leave you feeling motivated and encouraged by your own insight. Rochelle uses a variety of techniques to help you (or you and your partner) unearth trauma and plant seeds for success. Rochelle takes a stance that does not assume to know your life, relationship, or family issues. You know what you need, Rochelle is just the additional tool to assist you in the best way to get there.
